What is your delivery time?
We post same/next day as payment is cleared, in accordance with the operating hours of Australia Post.
Australians: We offer EXPRESS postal services per item throughout Australia, so you may enjoy super fast deliveries within 1-2 days.
Rest of the World: We offer EXPRESS & standard postal services world wide. You are able to make a choice at checkout. Depending on your shipping choice & where you are in the world shipping may take 10 working days up to 3 weeks maximum. Please Note: Due to heightened border protection and increased aviation security measures introduced by the US Government applying to inbound freight, there is likely to be delays of around 48 hours to parcels being sent to the US.

How secure is this store?

How instant is the payment?
If your payment is through paypal it is instant, therefore we can start processing your order anywhere from 1-2 days. You may also pay via direct bank deposit (please e-mail us at info_justynag.com). Direct deposit payments usually takes around 2 working days to clear.
Where are your shipping Costs?
We use Australia Post as our carrier company and provide real-time shipping rates that estimates the cost of shipping. The shopping cart sends information about the order (e.g. weight), destination and origin address to Austrlia Post carrier's server where it then estimates the shipping cost. Please refer to the Australia Post link for further estimate information.
International shipping costs are calculated as per the Australia post guidlines and may be previewed at our checkout screen and are calculated in the same manner.
What about taxes?
Your order may incur VAT/Import duties & or taxes that are out of our control. If in doubt please check with your countries customs.
What is your return policy?
If you believe we have grossly misrepresented an item you have purchased, contact us at info_justynag.com with the title 'RETURN' in the subject line. We will then contact you asking you to return it to us in its original condition* within THREE days of receipt of you having received the item. Any items sent later than this will not be refunded. Please provide us with the following information:
*Your name and address details and phone number.
* Email address.
* Name of item, colour etc.
* Reason for returning.
We do not refund or exchange if you have had a change of mind or if it does not fit you correctly or you have not read the description of the item you are purchasing. All measurements and relavant information is provided (such as colour & fabric) so please take this into consideration when purchasing.. Please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging including intact tags.
* When trying on items of clothing, ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup, or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. When trying on any items please be aware of jewellery that may cause damage to our clothing. Clothing returned without original tags/labels cannot be accepted. Any items that appear to have been worn and with scent such as body odour or ciggerette smoke can not be returned. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. All items that are not returned in the original condition will subsequently be posted back to you.
We display our sizes in Australian sizes as accurately as we can but these are only guidelines.
As our garments are one-off designs we measure the garment. This enables you to work out whether the garment will be the right fit for you.
We take measurements by laying the garment flat and then measuring the bust, waist, hips & length. The best way to see whether something will fit you is to take a similar garment of your own and measure it so you can compare to our garment.
Another option is to measure yourself & half the measurements.

The chest is where the fullest part of the bust is.
~The waist is just above the belly button.
~The hips are the fullest part o of the hip at the top of the leg.
~We then measure the length from the top of the shoulder and down to the hem.
